Saturday morning - Jack is running a 10 miler with friends while I am teaching my Spinning class. 300m from home at the end of the run she slipped and fell.
Result - deep gashes to elbow and knee, skin torn from right palm, loads of minor but painful abrasions ... including where her shades smashed into her cheek as she hit the deck.
Trip to the hospital to get cleaned up and now Wiesbaden 70.3 looks only 50:50.
Hopefully she's the last HEPster to have an accident!

JACKIE!!!!!!! Oh my goodness - you poor thing. Hang in there - ARNICA - lots of it and icing. 70.3 - you can do it... talk to Jess about injury :) Hope you feel better! xoxo
